Terms of Use

By using our website, you agree to the Terms of Use. We may change or update these terms so please check this page regularly. We do not represent or warrant that the information on our web site is accurate, complete, or current. This includes pricing and availability information. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel any orders or ban any user that we suspect might have aided by browser automation, or a reservation service.

Privacy

Scoutwonder.com respects our customers’ account information as private and confidential information and will never share this with any outside afflictions or individuals. Your information is secured and encrypted with the Secure Socket Layer Software.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are available within 7 days upon arrival date of product and exchanges are available within 14 days. Products must be unworn and in brand new condition to be accepted for a return or exchange. You must contact our customer service via email at scout@scoutwonder.com prior to shipping any items back for authorization. A return or exchange without authorization will be refused and sent back to customer without refund.

Only items purchased on www.scoutwonder.com, our online store, may be returned by mail. Enclose the merchandise in it's original packaging with your original receipt and send it to the address below. Please include a short note detailing whether you wish to return or exchange the item. All returns and exchanges should be shipped to:

Please return all orders in their original packaging to ensure the resell ability of the merchandise. If your order is received back to us in damaged or improper packaging you will be charged a Damaged S&H Return Fee of $10.

All shipping costs associated with any return or exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.

We do not refund shipping and handling charges. 

Items designated as on sale are not returnable. Return policy described here only applies to online purchases.

Shipping Standards

Scoutwonder.com ships via USPS and UPS.

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receiving payment.
Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock due to orders being filled from multiple locations. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 24 hours.
Be aware that email orders are fulfilled based on availability at the time the email is checked.  All orders will receive an email confirming its shipment, as well as a tracking number.
*Please allow additional time for processing at customs.  Scoutwonder.com is not responsible for any holds or other delays caused by a customer's respective country*
**While delivery times can be provided, they are not guaranteed given the courier’s responsibility once a product is shipped. Times are obtained through couriers' websites.
 If an error with delivery times occurs on the part of the courier after shipment, please contact scout@scoutwonder.com to resolve the issue.**

Phone numbers are required for all orders in order to provide quicker customer service when dealing with processing and shipping.  Customers' information will never be utilized for anything but this and will not be distributed/sold.

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PACKAGES
Scoutwonder.com is not liable for any items lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment. Courier company holds full responsibility upon departure from Scoutwonder.com. Customers are advised to file a loss/damage claim directly through the courier.  Scoutwonder.com will provide all necessary information needed to facilitate claim, but will only initiate filing claim if deemed a human clerical error on behalf of the retailer. Due to liability of courier, no refund or exchange will be given until the investigation is complete and the claim has been issued and reimbursed. Please note that while lost orders are one of our top priorities, package claims are a long and very extensive process and often take several weeks or more to complete.

To place a phone order, please give us a call at (203)324-7277 between the hours of 11AM and 7PM EST Monday through Saturday and Sunday 12PM to 5PM EST.

A grand total and shipping cost can be given to you before a payment is processed.Please be ready to provide contact information when calling.
